Change eSIM subscription information

How can I update or change my payment information?

To manage your eSIM subscription billing information, please follow these steps:

I. Update personal information

II. Add a new payment method and delete the existing method

1. Go to myFirst FreeSIM website.
2. Click on the “Sign In” option under Customer Portal.
3. Insert the email which you used to subscribe to your plan and Click “Send”.
4. You will receive the link through the email.
5. In your email, click on “Log in to your customer portal”.
6. You can view the payment method and billing information here.

I. Update personal information

1. Click on “Update Information”.
2. Edit the information and click on “Save”.

II. Add a new payment method and delete the existing method

1. Click on “Add Payment Method” to update a new card.
2. Insert new card details and click on “Add”.
3. To remove existing card details, click on the “...”.
4. Click on the “Delete” option to remove the card details.

Important Note:

To activate an eSIM subscription for your myFirst Fone R2, you must use the myFirst Circle app.
