Activate myFirst eSIM

How can I activate the eSIM for myFirst Fone R2?

The eSIM activation occurs immediately when you scan the watch QR code using the myFirst Circle app during setup. 

You can find the details of your subscription in the myFirst Circle app.

To subscribe to the eSIM subscription plan for your myFirst Fone R2, please follow these steps:

1. Open the myFirst Circle app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap on Subscriptions.
4. Tap on Add a Plan or the "+" button.
5. Tap on your child account linked to the myFirst Fone R2.
6. Choose monthly or annual subscription. 
7. Tap on payment.
8. Enter your email and card payment details.
9. Start trial (for new user) or Start subscribing. 

Additional Note for all Users:

• For Singapore users - Singpass details are required for IMDA verification.
• myFirst Fone R2 only supports myFirst eSIM and switching to any other provider's eSIM is not supported for this device.
