My alarm set shows a different date and time on myFirst Fone R2. How do I fix this?
To resolve any issues related to Alarm Errors on your myFirst Fone R2 using the myFirst Circle app, follow these steps:
- Slide the screen down on myFirst Fone R2.
- Tap on the Settings icon.
- Select "Wi-Fi".
- Choose the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to and connect the watch to Wi-Fi.
- Go to myFirst Circle App.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Child Account
- Go to Class Mode.
- Turn the Class Mode off and then on again.
- Manually restart the watch by pressing all buttons at the same time for 5-10 seconds until it restarts.
Additionally, it's important to ensure that your watch software is up to date.
Here's how to update your watch software:
- Slide the screen down on myFirst Fone R2.
- Tap on the Settings icon.
- Select "Wi-Fi".
- Choose the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to.
- Go back to the settings page after connecting your watch to Wi-Fi.
- On the same settings page, scroll down until you see "Software Update".
- Click on "Software Update".
- Tap on the "check" button.
- Begin installation until your software is up to date
