myFirst Fone R2 is unable to power on, what can I do?
If your watch is not turning on, please follow these steps:
- Ensure your watch is securely connected to the charger. Allow the watch to charge for at least 1 hour.
- While the watch is still connected to the charger, press and hold all of the buttons on the watch at the same time for 10-15 seconds.
- The screen should turn on after 10-15 seconds.
- If issue persist, use spare charging cable if available and repeat steps 1 until 3.
