How do I reset myFirst Fone R2?

Performing a reset on your myFirst Fone R2 is a simple process that allows you to restore the device to its default settings. Ensure your photos, music or relevant files have been backed up to your personal laptop or computer using the watch's charging cable before performing these steps.

Please note factory reset will not unbind the watch from myFirst Circle app.

Here's how you can perform a Factory Reset on myFirst Fone R2:

1. Slide down your home screen on your myFirst Fone R2.
2. Tap "Settings".
3. Tap on the setting gear icon continuously for 5 times.
4. Enter password 8541 or 3363.
5. Scroll down the page.
6. Select "Reset".
7. Select "Clear Data" to proceed with the factory reset.

Important note:

• Password for Software Version FoneOS 2.1.4 and later is 8541.
• Password for Software Version before FoneOS 2.1.4, is 3363.
