To resolve the problem, you can attempt a factory reset on the watch, which should resolve the issue.
Performing a factory reset will erase all data on the watch. Make sure to back up all important data to your computer using the watch's charging cable before proceeding with the reset.
- Slide down your home screen on your myFirst Fone R2.
- Tap "Settings".
- Tap on the setting gear icon continuously for 5 times.
- Enter password 3363.
- Scroll down the page.
- Select "Reset".
- Select "Clear Data" to proceed with the factory reset.
