What should I do if the screen of my myFirst Fone R2 cracks and becomes unresponsive?
While it is uncommon for the screen of the myFirst Fone R2 to crack due to the stringent testing our products undergo during production, accidents can happen. The myFirst Fone R2 is designed with an elevated edge to protect the screen from simple impacts and prevent direct contact with the ground.
For added protection, we recommend using a screen protector made of tempered glass.

Screen Crack Issues: Cracked screens are rare, thanks to the design and testing process. However, if the screen does crack, it can affect the touch sensitivity, rendering the device unresponsive.
