Why there is no notification when there is a SOS Alert sent from myFirst Fone R2?
Make sure that you have turned on the sound and activated the notification under Settings on your phone myFirst Circle app.
Do follow the steps below to rectify this issue:
- Simultaneously press and hold all buttons on the watch for 10-15 seconds until the watch restarts.
- Relaunch your myFirst Circle app.
Note: Kindly activate the SOS button once the watch has been turned on.
