myFirst Fone R2 is stuck on the Class Mode screen. What should I do?
Please check if the Class Mode function is on the myCircle app for Admin.
Ensure the Class Mode is disabled to continue using the watch.
How to disable or enable Class Mode on myFirst Circle App:
1. Open the myFirst Circle app on your device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Go to your Child account that is connected to the watch.
4. Tap on Class Mode.
5. Disable the class mode. You may also edit the schedule to enable the usage of the watch.
6. Class mode is now disabled.
If the watch is still experiencing issues after disabling the Class Mode on myFirst Circle app, try restarting it by pressing and holding all of the buttons together for about 10-15 seconds.
