How to Format the SD Card to FAT32 (For Versions 1.1.4 and 1.1.6 only)
The myFirst Camera 50 currently supports SD cards formatted only in FAT32. This is a known issue, and our team is working on an update to support more formats soon.
Important: Backup your SD card before proceeding, as the following steps will erase and format the SD card.

Insert the SD Card
- Mount the SD card into the myFirst Camera 50.

Check the Software Version

Go to Settings > About > Software Version.

Tap the Serial Number several times to unlock Android settings.

For Version 1.1.6: Enter the pin code 3363, then choose Android Setting.

For Version 1.1.4: The Android settings will open automatically.

Open Storage Settings
- In Android settings, select Storage.

Identify the SD Card in Portable Storage
- Check that the SD card appears under Portable Storage.

Format the SD Card to FAT32
- Tap the SD card name, select Setup, and choose Use as portable storage.
- Tap Next > Erase & Format.
- Wait until the formatting process is complete, then tap Done.

Confirm SD Card Detection
- The SD card should now be detected and available for use.

Restart the Camera 50
- Restart the device to exit Android settings and apply the changes.
