What is CareCall feature?
The Care call feature us specially designed for emergency or urgent situations, allowing parents to quickly reach their child when immediate contact is needed. For privacy and safety reasons, this feature has very specific conditions under which it can be activated.
How does CareCall work?
The Care Call feature is only available when a parent makes a call using their Circle app account that is bound to the child's watch.
The call must come from the admin (primary) Circle account linked to the watch.
Calls between watches will not trigger the auto-answer function.
Calls from unknown numbers or phone numbers not associated with the Circle admin account will not active this feature.
While the Care call can technically be triggered by a phone number, it is important to note that only phone number registered under the Circle admin account can active the auto-answer function. This means that when the admin account calls the watch, the watch will automatically answer the call without requiring any action from the child.
