What is CareCall feature?
CareCall is a smart calling feature designed to help parents reach their child in urgent situations.
If a parent calls their child’s device and the call is not answered, they can try again. After 3 missed calls in a row, the 4th call will automatically trigger CareCall, allowing the call to go through directly.
This ensures that important calls from parents are not missed, especially during emergencies.
How does CareCall work?
- Parent calls the child’s device
- If the child does not answer, the parent can call again
- After 3 consecutive missed calls, the next (4th) call bypasses restrictions
- The call will connect directly to the child
