Is it possible for the watch to have two administrators?

No, it is NOT possible. The watch can only be bound to one device. If you wish to allow another person to track the watch, you can add them under the 'Location Sharing' option. 

1. Open the myFirst Circle app.
2. Go to Setting with a gear icon
3. Select your "Child Account" under "Manage Child Account"
4. Scroll down in the child profile screen and select the "Location Sharing" option
5. Click on the "+" sign on top of the screen
6. Select the person you want to give permission to track the watch and click on "Choose Contacts". Please ensure that the person is added to your contacts before including them in the location sharing.
