Pedometer Issue

What can I do if the pedometer on myFirst Fone S4 is not working?

Make sure the watch firmware is updated to the latest version. To update watch firmware you may follow the steps below.

1. Slide the screen down on myFirst Fone S4.
2. Tap on the Settings icon.
3. Select "Wi-Fi".
4. Choose the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to.
5. Go back to the settings page after connecting your watch to Wi-Fi.
6. On the same settings page, scroll down until you see "Software Update".
7. Click on "Software Update".
8. Tap on the "Check" button.
9. Begin installation until your software is up to date.
