How can I change eSIM subscription information?
I. Update personal information
II. Add a new payment method and delete the existing method
- Go to myFirst FreeSIM website.
- Click on the “Sign In” option under Customer Portal.
- Insert the email which you used to subscribe to your plan and Click “Send”.
- You will receive the link through the email.
- In your email, click on “Log in to your customer portal”.
- You can view the payment method and billing information here.
I. Update personal information
- Click on “Update Information”.
- Edit the information and click on “Save”.
II. Add a new payment method and delete the existing method
- Click on “Add Payment Method” to update a new card.
- Insert new card details and click on “Add”.
- To remove existing card details, click on the “...”.
- Click on the “Delete” option to remove the card details.
Important Note:
To activate an eSIM subscription for your myFirst Fone R2/ myFirst Fone S3+, you must use the myFirst Circle app.
