How can I activate the myFirst eSIM?
The eSIM activation does not occur immediately when you scan the watch QR code using the myFirst Circle app during setup. For eSIM watch series, the watch is required to bind to myFirst Circle app first before you can activate the eSIM service.
You can activate your eSIM subscription in the myFirst Circle app.
List of myFirst Fone models that must be bound to the myFirst Circle app before the eSIM service can be activated:
- myFirst Fone S4
- myFirst Fone R2
- myFirst Fone S3+
Here are the step by step on how you can activate your eSIM on myFirst Fone:
To subscribe to the eSIM subscription plan for your myFirst Fone, please follow these steps:
- Open the myFirst Circle app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap on Subscriptions.
- Tap on Add a Plan or the "+" button.
- Tap on your child's account linked to the myFirst Fone.
- Choose a monthly or annual subscription.
- Tap on payment.
- Enter your email and card payment details.
- Start a trial (for new users) or Start subscribing.
