To resolve the problem, you can attempt a factory reset on the watch, which should resolve the issue.
Performing a factory reset will erase all data on the watch. Make sure to back up all important data to your computer using the watch's charging cable before proceeding with the reset.
- Scroll down on the home page of your myFirst Fone S3.
- Select "Setting" with a gear icon
- Tap on setting gear icon continuously for 5 times.
- Insert password '8541'
- Scroll down on the page
- Select "Reset"
- Select on "Clear Data" to proceed the factory reset
