Estimated Shipping Time
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Your order items will be shipped out from HQ Warehouse located in Singapore. We usually ship through DHL Shipping Services, and our shipping fees are based on DHL Shipping Rates.
Please allow additional time for processing during major sales and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way to you. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary based on the selected service and destination. Regular postage ranges from 3 to 28 working days depending on the shipping address.

Remote Area Surcharge
A remote area surcharge is an additional fee applied by couriers for shipments made to and from locations that the courier deems to be in remote areas. Couriers will consider a location to be remote if it is far from their regular pick-up or delivery path. This means that if the courier does not have a depot near the pickup or delivery address your shipment may be subject to a remote area surcharge.
If there is an order from remote areas, we will reach out to customers and let them know about the extra remote area surcharge that should be borne by the customer. If this situation causes inconvenience for the customer, the customer may drop an email at support@myfirst.tech and discuss it with our team and we can provide a better solution.
Duty Import Tax
Extra duties and taxes may apply to all regions except Singapore & United Kingdom (UK). Singapore will impose a Goods & Services Tax (GST). myFirst/Oaxis will not be responsible for customs, VAT, and duties charged to a customer. If you’d like to find out more please email support@myfirst.tech.
