Product Unsatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team through the Contact Us page for instructions on the return procedure. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund or exchange.
To ensure your return is processed, please submit your request and return the product within the 30-day period. Returns requested after this timeframe will not be accommodated. Both the original and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns that are not pre-approved by customer support will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of your returned product, we will process it within 5 to 7 working days. A refund will be issued once the return is processed, but please allow additional time for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
There are a few important things to highlight:
- The customers need to get the seller’s consent before the return and refund request but the customer will bear the return shipping fee and any extra cost incurred.
- All items must be returned in their original condition and the original myFirst packaging.
- If the customer FAILS to send in the product in the required timeline, the refund request will be dismissed.
- Item purchased from our registered reseller & distributor will be required to refer back to the respective seller for return & refund.
- Strictly NO RETURN/REFUND due to customer’s change of mind for products purchased during a promotion campaign. ONLY faulty or incorrect products purchased under the promotion can be refunded.
- Buyers are responsible for sending the product with a trackable method. If the parcel has gone missing or failed to reach us, myFirst will NOT be held responsible.
Received Incorrect Product
We apologize for any inconvenience that we have caused you. If you receive an incorrect product, you can contact our customer service team by visiting our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery. We will liaise with the customer to return the order and the product value will be fully refunded OR we will arrange for a new delivery with the correct order.
Undeliverable Products
Your order might not be delivered to you for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect shipping address provided
- The delivery address is not the customer’s permanent address (hotels, offices, schools, etc.)
- Unpaid import tax/duties/border fees
- Missing/Stolen parcels
- Customer is unreachable
- Courier issues
- Other disputes
Your order could not be delivered to you for the reasons mentioned above and has been returned to our warehouse. Customers are eligible for a PARTIAL REFUND, minus the original shipping cost, return cost, and any additional fees charged by couriers.
If the items are unable to be returned to our warehouse (disposed of by the courier due to various reasons), NO REFUND will be provided.
Campaign & Promotions
- All promotions are only valid on myFirst Official Online Store unless stated otherwise.
- The Warranty for products purchased during a promotion campaign will be covered WITHIN a THIRTY (30) DAYS ONLY.
- Strictly NO RETURN/REFUND for products purchased during a promotion campaign.
- Each product is entitled to ONE (1) type of promotion/discount in a single purchase.
- Free Shipping is available for selected countries/regions only.
- Products purchased during a promotion period are NOT entitled to referral commissions.
- myFirst reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of a promotion at any time without prior notice.
