To resolve the problem, you can attempt a factory reset on the watch, which should resolve the issue.
Performing a factory reset will erase all data on the watch. Make sure to back up all important data to your computer using the watch's charging cable before proceeding with the reset.
- Select "Setting" with a gear icon on your myFirst Fone R1s
- Tap on it continuously 5 times.
- Insert password '3363'
- Tap on "System Settings" on the page
- Select "Reset"
- Proceed the factory reset
