Actual working time varies based on the smartwatch setting and the frequency of the location updates. myFirst Fone R1s/R1 is able to last for 60 hours in standby mode (all feature settings are turned off). Under normal usage, it will usually last up to a day (up to 16 hours). Daily charging is required.
Here is a guide on how to have a longer battery life on using the myFirst Fone R1s/R1:-
- Set the brightness of myFirst Fone R1s to low. You could swipe down on the main screen and you will see 6 icons, top right icon is to adjust the brightness of the screen.
- Set the GPS location update (Tracking Mode) on myFirstFone app to update every 1 hour to reduce the power consumption. You could set to shorter tracking update time when you need to know the exact location of your child eg. while travelling to school / returning from school.

Turn off auto tracking in tracking mode and monitor battery drainage

Make sure the watch is charged 1-1.5 hours and no charging over night

Check the SIM Tray input direction
