The issue of screen cracking is uncommon as our myFirst products undergo strict testing during production. myFirst Fone R1s has an elevated edge screen design to protect the watch's screen from simple impact or prevent it from hitting the ground directly. For additional safety, we recommend using a screen protector made of tempered glass material.
