A factory reset restores your Frame to its original default settings. This can help resolve technical issues, remove custom configurations.
Please follow the steps as below:
- Swipe down on the frame screen
- Click on settings icon
- Go to "About Device"
- Tap on the serial number for 5 times
- On the page, click on "Settings"
- Click on "Back up & Reset"
- Click on "Factory data reset"
- Click on "Reset Tablet"
