How can I unbind myFirst Fone S3c with the myFirst Circle app?
Kindly follow these steps to unbind the watch with the myFirst Circle app:
- Open the myFirst Circle app.
- Select "Setting" with a gear icon
- Select "Child Account on the page"
- Scroll down
- Select "About Device"
- Select "Unbind"
- Select "Confirm"
Why I still can make voice calls & video calls on myFirst Fone S3c after unbind?
You realize you still can see the contact information in the watch but you had unbind from the app. This is because your watch's SIM Card has run out of data but you still have credit on the SIM Card and therefore you still can make voice calls & video calls.
To completely unbind the watch, you need to ensure you have sufficient data and valid network connectivity. Or else you would need to connect to the Wi-Fi and perform a restart, the QR code will appear after the watch has been boot up.
Why myFirst Fone S3c is still bind when I had it removed from the app?
To unbind myFirst Fone S3c from the app, you would need to unbind it when your myFirst Fone S3c has active network. Or else you would need to get assistance from us to reload the firmware.
