Pedometer Issue

The pedometer on myFirst Fone S3c is not working, how do I troubleshoot?

Make sure the watch firmware is updated to the latest version. To update watch firmware you may follow the steps below.

1. Scroll down on the home page of your watch.
2. Select the "Setting" option on the watch.
3. Scroll down on the setting page.
4. Select "Software Update".
5. Select "Check" and proceed with the update.
6. The firmware is up to date once you see the confirmation message.
7. Then, proceed to restart the watch by pressing the 2 buttons together for 10 seconds.
