How do I change myFirst Fone S3c watch's time format?

1. Scroll down on the home page of your watch
2. Select "Setting" with a gear icon
3. Scroll down on the setting page
4. Select "Time Zone"
5. Scroll down on the page
6. Change your time format by enabling or disabling "24HR"
