Submit Firmware Upgrade Request
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Open myFirst Fone app
- Go to Settings and Tap "About Device"
- Take a screenshot of the QR code
- Open myFirst Circle app
- Create a child account
- Choose "Link a myFirst Fone"
- Tap "Process to Upgrade" & Upload the screenshot
- Choose Country and Watch Model. Make sure to check the tickbox.
- Wait for the firmware upgrade
3 Days Later
1. Connect the watch to WiFi
2. Upgrade the watch firmware
