What is SOS Alert?

The SOS alert feature on the myFirst Fone S3 is a crucial safety function designed to provide immediate assistance to children in emergencies. When activated, all other functions on the watch are disabled, allowing the device to focus solely on sending out the alert.

When the SOS alert is activated, it triggers the device to send a 30-second voice message along with the child's current location to the parents via myFirst Circle app. Parents can then listen to the voice message, understand the situation, and take the necessary actions to ensure the child's safety.

Additionally, the SOS feature remains accessible even during Class Mode. While other functions may be restricted to prevent distractions during school hours, the SOS feature will still operate during Class Mode. This ensures that children can access help and contact their parents if needed, providing an additional layer of security and peace of mind.

How to activate SOS Alert on myFirst Fone S3?

1. Long press the SOS button for 5-10 seconds
2. The watch will record audio for 30 seconds and upload location information
3. A SOS alert, the recording, and the watch’s location will be sent to the watch admin
