How can I prevent the accidental shutdown of the device by my children at myFirst Fone R1c?
You could activate Shutdown Forbidden in myFirst Circle app and it would forbid the child to turn off the watch immediately when they try to turn off. (Only when the SIM Card is in the watch)
How to Forbid Shutdown using myFirst Circle app:
- Open the myFirst Circle app.
- Select "Setting" with a gear icon.
- Select "Child Account" on the page.
- Turn on "Shutdown Forbidden".
