What do I do if myFirst Fone R1C watch is not connected to the network?

Ensure the SIM card is inserted correctly

The arrow on the SIM tray should be facing down

Ensure the APN setting is configured correctly

Force restart the watch

Press all buttons on the watch for 10-15 seconds until it restarts on its own

Perform Factory Reset on the watch

Navigate to the settings on the watch

Click on the settings icon on the top page

When prompted with a keypad, enter '3363'

Scroll to find 'Reset' or 'Factory Reset' and proceed with the full reset.

Before performing a factory reset, ensure you back up all necessary data from the watch.

Backup Data: Connect the watch to a computer using the charging cable as a USB cable to save all files from the watch to the computer

If you still experience network issues, try using a different nano SIM card to see if it enables the network.
