To troubleshoot the issue with your watch, please try the step below and see if it helps;
1. Connect the watch to the charger
2. Allow the watch to be charged for at least 1 hour
3. Press and hold all two buttons simultaneously for 10-15 seconds until the screen turns back on (While still connected to the charger)
4. If the previous steps don't help, try using a spare charging cable if available.
5. Try changing the power adapter and repeat the process.
