GENERAL - I have linked my smart phone/tablet with the Sketch Book via wireless connectivity or BT. The real time drawing feature does not work. What can I do?

Please ensure that the Sketch Book is connected to only one device at a time. Multiple connections will result in a broken connection. Then, try to reconnect your device again via wireless connectivity or BT.
