What should I do when myFirst Fone R1 is stuck in the Classmode screen?
Please check if the Class Mode function is on the myCircle app for Admin.
Ensure the Class Mode is disabled to continue using the watch.
1. Open the myFirst Circle app
2. Select "Setting" with a gear icon
3. Select "Child account" under Manage child account
4. Select "Class Mode"
5. Turn off the Class Mode
6. Restart the watch by holding 3 buttons simultaneously for about 10-15 seconds
If the watch is still experiencing issues after disabling the Class Mode on myFirst Circle app, try restarting it by pressing and holding all of the buttons together for about 10-15 seconds.
