Contact Whitelist

The contact Whitelist feature in the myFirst Circle app facilitates seamless communication between individuals who haven't installed the Circle app and the myFirst smartwatch. By adding a phone number to the Whitelist, the watch can receive calls directly from that phone number without using the app, and the watch will also be able to call the phone number directly. However, please note that only physical SIM models that use local SIM cards can call phone numbers without using app, as the PCCW SIM card and eSIM do not have a phone number.

How to add a phone number to Contact Whitelist for R1s: 

1. Open the myFirst Circle app
2. Select the "Setting" with a gear icon
3. Select "Child Account" on the page
4. Select "Contact Whitelist"
5. Click on the "+" button
6. Search the desired contact and click on "+👤"
7. Edit the contact name and contact number if needed, then select “Create”
