How can I stop receiving frequent heart rate notifications from my child's watch on my phone?

If you are receiving frequent heart rate notifications from your child's watch, it's likely that the "High Heart Rate Alert" is enabled on your myFirst Circle app. Follow these steps to disable the Heart Rate alert:

1. Launch the myFirst Circle App on your device.
2. On the map, tap on your child's icon.
3. Locate the Footsteps Icon and tap on it 👣.
4. Navigate to the Heart Rate section.
5. Uncheck the "High Heart Rate Alert" option.
6. The notifications will stop after disabling.
